Bradders75; what I think would be great is if you took a good selection if photos when finally, finally completed and created a new post.

I think everyone had been in a sort of baited breath holding pattern for this for so long they're desperate to get a decent fix of marmite car porn :)

Multi angles, heights, interior etc. Maybe out on the street (and not in a workshop) to add a little reality to the situation.

Perhaps document something at whatever first meet this creation is going to attend.

I don't like seeing this thread go as stale as anyone else here, but I literally do not want to pretend more is being done to the car when it isn't by posting the same images you have been a hundred times already.

I have some of the front bumper all installed now and the lights and everything how it should be so I will upload these when I can! (on work PC at present)...

I wanted to test drive the car... not test drive, stop, take photo... drive, stop take photo... I'd be too focused on taking nice pics instead of feeling the car handle and monitor any bumps and potential scrapes that were going to occur during the maiden voyage.

At present I still have the issue of installing new side repeaters into the new wings/mirrors to make it 100% road legal and then we're golden for it's final paint job and kisses and roses unveiling... blah blah... :D :oops:
 
Main thing I want to see is pictures with the top down! Please please please oh pretty please brad?! Maybe a high up viev side view and a back view? You showed like 3 photos of the seats before they were even properly inside as far as I know. Maybe some of the seats too?

As much as I want to see pics too, I think i'd rather wait until the car is completely finished.

This project will be a year old in a couple of weeks....we've waited this long, what harm will a couple of months more do...

A link to what?... there's nothing happening anymore. When (or if?) the unveiling happens I'll link to it, but anyone clicking the link and expecting to see some cool updates will surely be disappointed, hence removing it from the home page.

Fair enough, I thought it was good for new comers and anyone else who hadn't heard of it. And it always reminds me to check the thread lol.

As much as I want to see pics too, I think i'd rather wait until the car is completely finished.

Fair enough. I'm just wondering if it would be a "show car" with the top up or down? Its not like he changed anything on top like the color of the top or got a hard top? I'm just curious is all. :p as far as I know he's only posted with the top up. maybe with the top down he could have painted the roll bars white also. Just a thought. :wink:

:thumbsup: El Taco seems to have NO interest at all, just likes to give negative comments.
