To fit the headlights we needed to build a whole new outer lip as the extra width of the vehicle and the huge 11j front wheels means the normal mounting points weren't ideal.

You can see how much wider we've had to make the front bumper, which is good as the extra width takes the emphasis off the giant grill a bit more!
