I must say, love or hate, nobody will be able to criticise you for being half hearted, you've got to respect the effort ad lengths you are going to!

Cheers that means a lot. thanks! :)

Good on ya......That takes some bollocks to start cutting your motor up like that.

Please dont let it get to this stage..

Now this is going to be one interesting project. At this stage reminds me of Chopshop where there's lots of flat metal being formed into something.

Hope it emerges butterfly like and am sure it will as you've clearly thought this out.

I hate marmite, but I've such a big soft spot for wide body cars (when done properly which this so far looks like it!)

please post more pictures. Daily.

Now THAT's serious modd'ing! Looking forward to seeing this, any mechanical upgrades planned as well?

Maybe go wilder than this?

Hello All, hope you have all enjoyed the SUN!! So today is a little mini-update for you all. Nothing too special just a bit of light hearted jokiness going on today in the bodyshop...

Firstly Let me introduce you to my new daily driver, which I snapped up for £30!!!! At a local car auction! This thing is like driving a hybrid boat/sofa but it does the job and gets 45mpg!

Aaaaannnnd finally, a good friend of mine Stuart came in to wish me good luck with the build... after poping down the shop to get us some cold beers and a few power snacks I came back to find Stu's contribution to my masterpiece...

sigh... always a joker! :headbang:

I think someone upstairs is having a laugh at your expense with the weather... just after you've committed your Zed to the grinder

Wow, brave! So do you have a design already done, or is it a work in progress and will evolve?

Tapatalking...

One more picture for all of you for today... This one should show you roughly how the rear arches are going to be formed.
