Sorry but at the moment that looks dog turd.

The 'bodykit' just doesn't suit. It looks like a load of different styles bolted on and theres no connection between tbem.

Sort the trademark kidney grilles back onto it and some red rear light and it could start to look right.

Something about how the side skirt and rear wheel arch sits just doesn't look right to me too. It's like the sharp lines have gone and it's just merged into a blob around the rear wheel

You are one talented enthusiast !
Rare to see a project that stretches the boundaries as much as this one, be actually completed.
You should be very proud.
I for one am totally impressed.
Very well done.

Bumpy

And here I was chuffed at my M Bumper fang repair, reflector and tow hook fill.
I am humbled in your presence

you're a legend bumpy. thanks!

thanks for the positives and negatives chaps. this build wouldn't be what it is if it didnt upset a few people so im thoroughly glad it's keeping people on the fence.

if everyone loved this car then I would scrap it and start again to be honest.

project marmite, not project one size fits all.

much love all x

Very impressed with the work so far brad.... One question though.... Does the roof still come down??

does the roof still come down... short answer... no I may have broken it in a dismantling rage during the first three months but I plan on fixing it sometime this week. lol I too would like to see if lowering the roof changes the overall stance of the vehicle. may be a big change without the added height and emphase the low!!

Really great post Brad ... Fair play for the video update - takes some cojones to do that with so many people browsing! Haha. I'd like to see it in the flesh, dimensions always get distorted on pictures. Good luck as always.

Really enjoyed the video Brad - it has been a long process but good on you keeping going and picking yourself up after the theft.

It's getting there and it was interesting to hear you talk about your approach and themes.

Impressed and really appreciated the video - looking forward to seeing it gleaming and I bet you are too.

Nice one and thanks!

:driving:

Front looks mean as hell but at the back I'd lose the meccano wing, it cheapens and chavs the overall look. Knock up an outrageous colour coded integrated F40 style job instead. :driving:

This is the only angle I don't like the look of.
With the roof down, and the massive difference between front and rear track, I can't help but wonder if it will look like this.....

I love sinclaire C5s ... they can be modded with options almost as much as zeds :poke:

Hey Brad - just keep in mind that wide rear - lovely Youtube vid of a guy pulling up in his beach buggy in front of a car parked at the side of the road - he forgot the rear wide wheeled section of the car and took out the front of the parked car - not the impression you want to make. The guy's face was a picture. . . . from hero to zero in an instant!

:driving:

Well I've got to say that is some achievement, bloody well played. Some will not like it, some will but surely nobody can fault your vision and effort to follow it through to a finished project.

The lack of turning circle might need some further thought and agree it needs a different rear spoiler but part of the ongoing development work no doubt.

I am über impressed with your achievement......

Got to say I absolutely admire your dedication to doing something different with a car, however it's not really doing it for me I'm afraid. Maybe in the metal and completely finished but I can't stop seeing the face of a white puppy in that last picture posted...

Best of luck for the final jobs.

It's like a fat lass in a mini skirt - just wrong!

But then it's marmite, like you said from day one, you were out to make an individual car, not please others, and you had the balls to see it through so
