It's only the passenger seat that has an occupancy sensor mate. The drivers one thinks it's occupied based upon the fact the car is moving.
It's the small black box under the seat. It can be unplugged from the seat loom by sliding the top clip back on the connector block, then each piece connector can be removed individually. Then a £10 occupancy bypass unit from eBay will solve your problem.
If you want to sell the sensor with the seat, you can normally pick a spare up for about £20 or so. I have a spare we could make a deal towards those headlights
