Poor car can't see someone buying it to finish it off. Must be worth more in parts now.

Not many parts that arn't fucked though lol

No good body parts apart from the boot/bonnet.

I think it has coil-overs on? not sure what spec.

It should be donated to the forum and crushed

Haha yeah good point ! But 2k for those wheels

Whenever I look at this car, it reminds me of this scene from Robocop:

Pile of absolute trash. As said before. Glad I'm not gullible like a lot on here and didn't waste any of my hard earned on said trash.

i don't feel i was harsh enough in my last comment but i don't want to be arrested by the forum police.

this is what his ad should read -

'After much deliberation I have decided to sell my much ruined BMW Z4 project car. My reason for sale is that I simply don't have have a bin big enough and i hope to find someone equally dumb to buy it off me, my business has expanded and demands too much of my time to manage.

This car is completely bollocks, it doesn't feature a body kit of any kind that can be purchased online or shipped from overseas it was hand built at gunpoint over the course of about 13 years'

that said....i do like the headlights.

My God 2 mins into that video and I'd lost the will to live. A road trip to Cardiff. ... hardly a long way to need 2 days!

Just watched the video, yeah not the best looking car around but it's his car and he can do what he wants with it...and he seems like a nice enough lad.
Boring world if we were all the same :)

I actually think that was the finer part of this forum... Lad had a string of bad luck (break in and theft uninsured) and "someone else" suggested a fundraiser for him.

It wasnt gullible...and it was called project "marmite" for a reason.

oh no, can't knock the guy for doing what he likes - that's admirable.....it's just a butt ugly car. would be a huge success in Japan though!

And I agree with your last statement 100%

I am so pleased that those that weren't Forum members when Project Marmite was at its peak have not been spared seeing this monstrosity. I have seen it in the flesh - my therapist tells me that I may get over it.

I saw no evidence of this ''theft''.
