Problems !!!!!

So last week i did a bit of preventative maintenance so all filters changed as in Air / pollen / oil. Oil change. cleaned Vanos's changed spark plugs and coils for all new ones.
car ran super sweet so must of needed it.

Today very low on fuel wit car saying 23 miles in tank, i go to fill up at tesco using 99 momentum fuel.
on way home felt a misfire and yellow warning light on, gets home sticks in my code reader and codes P0000 P3000 P3232 P2237 come up, can't clear them ?

searched through forum and can't find anything so if anyone knows of these codes could you please help by explaining what they are ?

thanks in advance

Those are some strange codes.
P0000 means no code (it literally means I recieve and transmit data). Normally thats not displayed, it may be a codereader quirk

P2237 means O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit/Open Bank 1 Sensor 1
https://www.obd-codes.com/p2237
P3000 is an odd one, I see references to transmission but also descriptions like Hacking AWH Data
P3232 seems to point at a sensor problem
P351 is service completed by non licenced technician

If I look at these codes, I'd say that a connector is maybe loose (not seated properly, its odd that you get this a week after) or a piece of the wiring loom is cut or short circuited (pinched between 2 parts or so?).
If so, I hope it didnt damage any cpu's
Sometimes when you forget to connect something up, you can get the weirdest codes.
So I still think this is related with your service, but usually its odd to get problems a week after. Usually it takes a few seconds to a few hours.
Low on gas could mean that you get air in the lines but having 23 miles left on the dial still means you have an additional spare amount.
Driving your car low on miles also can mean that sediment in the tank is clogging up your filter/pump but still, on a modern car, sediment in the tank is rare, and having 23 miles left on the dial is by no means extremely empty.

Maybe mention what engine you have if someone comes along who really knows his stuff.

Thanks for reply.

I have a 3.0 ltr sdrive E89 Z4.
i used another code reader which came up with misfire cylinder 5, so I've had it out and sprayed connections with a cleaner then re seated it, cleared codes then went for a drive and so far fingers crossed all seems fine so panic over.

much appreciated

OK so its probably a dodgy code reader. That could be a very good reason for those dodgy codes.

Regarding the misfire, you could also swap the cyl5 and 6 coil. If a misfire code should come back at cyl 6, you know its that coil thats not 100%

i will do that if it comes back but id like to think with new plugs and coils which are the same make should be good.

thanks again
