Problematic noise help

Sorry for the essay guys, but please help :(

I've lived with these for a while but it's seriously starting to affect my enjoyment and I want it sorted before its roof down weather again.

Noise 1) I can only hear this when window open/ roof down and the voice bounces back of a row of parked cars or a wall. It's a metalicy friction sound that's present as the wheels turn and in speed with the car. I'm thinking bearings or maybe brakes but no issues with pad wear or worn disks.

Noise 2) I hear the from inside. It's a low clunk that sounds like it's coming from the rear. Only seems to happen when weight shifts. I'll brake from 40mph but as I get to about 15mph and ease off to come to a more gradual stop it will clunk. Occasionally get it on speed bumps too or when moving off after just reversing. Not sure where to start on this.

I'd really appreciate pointers on where to look and what to check. Maybe similar experiences. ARB bushes changed about 6k ago and both noises present before and no change after so not that.

Noise 2 sounds like it could be the donut on the prop gone.

Do you mean the rubber ring that holds the springs in place. If not, can you point me in the right direction?

First noise sounds like a normal disk brake sound as pads always touch disks there's nothing to pull them away they just relax when you take your foot off the brake

Noise 2 has something to do with the prop, believe it just needs regressing, quite common

Noise 1 maybe disks, but they should be silent. I doubt bearings as they tend to rumble.

I assume you've checked for stones in pads or against the dirt/dust cover?
Are any calipers getting hot indicating the caliper is sticking very slightly and not retracting off the disc?
Lift each wheel off and see if you can hear it when spinning it and double check the pads.

srhutch and jan_tekin, thanks for identifying this. I'd been sure it was more of a suspension, weigh shifting sound rather than from the dif. It definitely sounds like my issue. Unfortuantely it doesnt look like theres a way to "check" so its a case of doing it to see if thats the fix?

cj10jeeper I have previously checked for stones and had some of the wheels off and spinning but I've not been able to isolate the noise. You've put my mind at ease about the bearings, I think a bit more work is needed to get to the bottom of it (but maybe this could wait till spring).

Thanks all
