My name is Lucy and I have a parking problem too
I don't park next to people carriers.
I don't park next to cars with baby seats in them.
I don't park next to 4x4's.
I try to find an end space.
If i'm in a fairly empty car park I will take two spaces.
I will drive around for hours until I find a good space.
Sometimes I have parked in a space and decided it's not good enough, so i've gone and found another one even if it's taken me an extra 10 minutes.
If a car park is very busy to the point of there not being any empty area's miles away, and i've had to look for a random spot between cars, on a few occasions I have come across two empty ones next to eachother, so I will park in one but not get out until someone has parked in the other one next to me. So I can watch them park and get out of the car making sure they don't damage mine. You can see that they know they are being watched so they are very, very careful. Whereas if there was no one in the car they wouldn't give a s**t and probably ding your door.
Yes, I'm a saddo.
This was a very special day for me:
Also, if like me, you take extra care to park where there are no assholes around. But you always come back to your car to find a stupid shed of a people carrier parked next to you that's left 2 inches between your cars, then just print these off and plant one on their windscreen:

I keep a small stash in my handbag, ready for the assholes.
