Problem with Gear 6 speed (Manual)

Hi team :D
I have a little problem with my gear (6 speed) manual on my Z4 (2.3i Sdrive 120000 kms).
Well, when engine/gear box is "cold", i don't have difficult to use gear but after 1 or 2 hours of driving, i have difficult to use 2/3/4/5/6 speed...
Maybe gearbox is not enough cooled :?

I changed recently gearbox oil, it's seems a litle better but same problem.

If you have an idea, thanks in advance :D

did you do CDV delete? see it in my signature

for me, regardless of temperature , shifting to 1st and 2nd was harder

but after CDV delete and oil change all is very smooth now

I tried 3-4 different oils in gear box. Best so far has been Redline MT-LV. Only oil that stopped the notchy 1-2 shift.
By that i mean the crunch that would occur engaging 2nd gear.

clutch gets fluid from the brake fluid reservoir, worth checking that it is on the max, so that both the brake and the clutch gets fluid as expected

As the fluid gets older it doesnt do the job as well as it used to and can make gearchanges more difficult as it is not fully working the clutch.
As it degrades further it can also cause creep while sitting at a standstill with the car in gear.
Does the clutch pedal feel any different when it gets like this?
Does the biting point change at all?

I’d definitely look at changing the brake fluid making sure the new fluid is pushed through to the clutch, it could have moisture in the old fluid which could alter the point at which the clutch is released causing the gear change problem when hot.

And if you are changing the fluid that is the perfect time to remove the Clutch Delay Valve.

Hi team :)
I found a website selling CDV already "changed" but i lost the name of this website :(
If anyone have it ..

You don’t need to buy anything, just remove the cdv from your car

I also replaced the rubber pipe with braided.

All in it removed the judder i was getting when taking off cold.
