Problem with drivers window E85 2006

I have a problem with my drivers window . One touch works down only . The switch is a two position for up . The first position does nothing and the second position you have to hold to get it to close .
I have scanned using Carly & I get this

I forgot to say :- I have tried the reset process of all the way down & hold for 15s - all the way up then hold for 15 secs

This is now sorted -After trawling YouTube for pages I have found the correct method .
Ignition on
1:- Press window down & hold for 10secs.
2:- Press window down AGAIN & hold for another 10secs. (You will hear a click inside the door)
3:- Press window up & hold for 10secs.
4:- Press window up AGAIN & hold for another 10 secs (You will hear a click inside the door)
5:- Switch ignition off & back on :- All reset
