Pro paint correction and ceramic coat

Amazing but then that is the best colour 8)
I had this done to my silver-grey M3 (which I love) - but the ceramic coat really brings out the deep colour of the merlot

I am tempted to get mine done but can't really justify the cost at the moment as just about to start an extension :( I will give it a decent machine polish though this week and try to get a bit of depth back as merlot does look awesome when looked after

I initially tried to do this myself after doing it on my wife's 120i with great results - but the clear coat on the Z4 is totally different - wasted days without a good result. The dudes at the detailing shop told me it's because the Americans use a different clear coat, and they use buffing pads designed to heat it to bring out the scratches rather than cut some of the clear coat off.
