Just like forms of motorsport on TV, pro cycle races are trialing new small on board cameras by Shimano. Judging by this footage it will add a great perspective to things like the Tour De France, especially seeing as the cameras will link to heart rate monitors and the electronic Shimano gearing so that data can be viewed also.
This stage sprint finish is from a few days ago in the Tour of California. The wheel you see on the right at the finish is UK's Mark Cavendish as he just edged the win on the line!
