how regular is regular, are we talking posting once a month, once a week etc and do the post have to be technical or can they be like mine, completely meaniful rubbish?

I pop on maybe once a week and have a browse thro' the posts , the info within the posts and the replies carry so much knowledge and detail, I find I dont need post any questions , as for the meaniful rubbish
