What is the 0-62 mph like? Under 4.0 sec? Lotus now has it own F1 team. CJ's friend will probably drive the Exige like F1 car on public road. :driving: Will the Exige be his daily car?

... and you did not pop in on the way back? Shame on you ...

Had an American with me en route to LHR - else I would have :)

Back there week after next so will try to catch up.

Exige is awesome and in the flesh the colour is actually rather good. His previous car was a well highly black VX220 turbo so this fits the bill. The guys on the Lotus forum are all besides themselves over this car, but I know little about them.

May sell mine for a profit then!!

Not really! Love it too much! 8)
Still suffering from Penis envy I see - good to see nothing changes... Of course in the Real World...

Good to see the "classic car" owner is still rising to the bait! :P

Talking of penis envy, how about your pic? Lacking are we?

    Got rid of the Non-M Coupe I see - At least you have the top model for a short while... If you're interested; I have a Barge Pole for you... My good friend Gers will confirm it's length and effectiveness

Love the V8 M3 and I actually tested one but the price wasn't down enough for me at the time. Interior wise and from the drivers perspective, the new Z4 is a nicer place to be than the M3 as it's starting to look a little "dated" now. That engine is nice though.

I had a good look at the M3 too - just couldn't justify the price vs. taking the Z4MC off lease. Glad I made the call too - more M3's on the road here than you can imagine - very common place here.

Update - got a picture of the price, it does include finance.

PVR,

I've been away from this forum for a while. Any news/firming-up rumours of a V8 E89???? I'm interested in the 35is but the 40M would be a FAR tastier prospect!

Mike

13.5% APR on that kind of sum of money, ON a depreciating item.

You'd have to be bloody mental or a millionaire! (imo)

Dave

Most boxes ticked I would say, including that white interior stuff + DCT

yeah, I was wrong by 1k in the opening post when I said it "only" costed 61k ... :D

and for the privilege of paying them all that money you can only do 32k miles in the first 4 years :o

beggars belief :?

Premium Sound Package $2,000
Sport Package $1,900
• 19" wheels w/performance run-flat tires

7-Speed double clutch Transmission $1,575
Sports leather steering wheel with paddle shifters $0
Comfort Access keyless entry $500

Automatic high beams $250
Park Distance Control $750
BMW Assist Convenience Plan $199
Destination & Handling: $875
Total MSRP as Built $70,249

** does not include a wind deflector a $578

The Canadian site wasn't working but just add about $10,000 and then add 5% tax = $81,137.60 CDN so at a blended rate of 1.66 dollars to the pound it= 48,878 stirling.
Your prices are way out of whack at over 62K . With 17.5% VAT it only gets to 56.8K

13.5% APR is VERY high and typical of BMW. You can get that down a lot.

I'd also say I'd want at least an island thrown in to pay £61k for a Z4.

Those monthly payments are a mortgage!! :o Admittedly for 48 months not 25 years! :P

Depends on the house!

if you want to hand it back in 4 years, yeah. Otherwise you can completely ignore it - trade it in mid agreement etc etc
