Pricey floormats - lol

Hi all,

Been lurking on this forum for a couple weeks as I recently bought a 2004 3.0i Auto Z4 and am quite a DIY person so there's been allot of helpful information, so thanks all!

Anyway I went to BMW dealer here in South Africa the other day and was quoted R2500 ($372) for 2 new floormats. I feel that's a little pricey is there anything special about these floormats? I guess I can't get any old floormats because it's an automatic.
 
Dude, if you buy floormats at that price (assuming $372 US), I'll sell you some magic beans as well! :P

You should be able to get some from Ebay, but I don't know what ebay/the market is like in SA, I've not done any research.. You may have to get them imported, and even then, OE won't cost anywhere near that amount of money. Alternatively, get some aftermarket ones that are tailor-made to fit - there are a few ebay merchants that sell these.

Thats something like £250, lol I'll post you some for that price :rofl: Must remember to pack a dozen sets when I come over next year
