priced well?

For reference I sold mine in October for 23.5k on 50k miles.
Cars with that mileage are always getting rarer so I guess it depends on your planned usage as to whether it’s worth paying the premium for a low mileage example.

Ahh, that’s a shame! Didn’t stay on the forum?

The gent isn’t a forum member as far as I’m aware. He does frequent Goodwood so a few of the southern members may see it around.

So what are the low mileage members cars, I bought my Z4MR last year on 19,000 miles. It now has 24,000 miles on it.

This MC feels a little over for me TOO, maybe around 24k would see it sell, as said above, it's worth what someone is willing to pay.

I bought my MR with 29k, now sitting around 34k.

There's an MC that's been hanging around on Ebay for a while ; 3,500 miles priced at £44,000 . Too much ?

You could have bought it new for about that. Then kept it in storage for 12-13 years for what point exactly. :? So you could sell a car no one has had the pleasure of driving for all those years. Total waste of a good car if you ask me.

Yes I phoned up the garage and enquired about that one but they wouldn’t shift on the price. I was prepared to pay £39k but they wouldn’t entertain it back in July/Aug and surprise surprise it’s still sitting around unsold. I think it’s about 8k overpriced and every month it goes unsold it’s costing them money. You could argue that it’s had too little use and low mileage cars are not necessarily always a good sign of a good car.

Well I suppose that one is the nearest thing you're going to find to a new MC, so if someone wants one badly enough and accepts that it will depreciate if they use it (like any nearly new car) I suppose it's worth whatever they will pay.

I'd want all new fluids, filters and tyres though!

Make the most of them now in 20 years they will be worth scrap value as you won’t be allowed on the road with it 😂😂 that or road tax will be 10k p.a.

Well , if that happens I'll have it converted to electric ! :driving:

It’s an interesting equation...if the bulk of cars on the road are EV, will the price of petrol go down or up? And if there are so few ICE cars on the road will the emissions tax become a non starter...? :?

This may well not happen so soon. Over at Bimmerpost there is a article published recently where the R&D chief of BMW claims that ICE powered vehicles will still be built for the next 30 years.

Mine’s a low miler at about 32k - the blue one on Autotrader at the moment.
I’ve had a few enquiries; one was from someone that was considering putting it in a shed for a few years with a few other cars :o it’s great condition but if you’re going to not drive it you might as well pay the premium and get the garage queen 7k miler!
