price for leggy e85 3.0 with mods

looking at ditching my car, it’s been great 13 years but it’s now time to shift it on. i have a range and don’t drive the z4 often. 30,000 in 13 years.

how much you think i would get for it?? thinking it might be better to part it out?

e85 in grey (2003)
3.0 @ 96k
carbon leather interior (lovely)
eisenmann race exhaust system (broom)
gruppe M intake (roar)
strut brace
CSL style wheels
eibach springs / polybush / discs etc etc
hard top

bad bits:
roof motor i replaced, but needs some fluid, not working at the moment, i lower it manually.
scratches and scrapes.
kerbs on wheels,
a mouse ate some sound deadening
 
depends if someone is happy to pony up for all the extras , take all the goodies off and flog them on here and sell the car separately you'll certainly see more dough in your pocket though, is anyone going to pay more than 4.5/5k for an early e85?

Probably factor in swap +cash deals, so you have all the bits you need to sell

For example the wheels and interior id defo consider swapping for mine with cash your way
 
Yeah do all you can to return it to standard, and sell the extras separately, you'll definitely get more for the mods that way. And then a standard car will appeal to more buyers.

Scratches and curbed wheels arent too bad for a 17 year old car, but i would get the roof working properly, that'd put a lot of buyers off.

Back to standard with a working roof, id say £3500-4000.

Also, 96k miles isnt that bad at all, barely 6k a year.
 
The extras are ‘nice to haves’ maybe, for someone.
If I was buying I’d be more interested in whether it’s been mechanically well-mainted; oil leaks fixed, engine compression still good, brake lines done, previous issues sorted etc.
FSH with bills?
