I recently changed my address so I had to get a new logbook. When it arrived I noticed for the first time the number of previous owners to my Z.

As I haven’t seen a poll on here for a while I thought I would see what the most common number of previous owners was for our cars.

The first 2 were mother and daughter. The 3rd was a guy who used it as a weekend car and hardly did any mileage in it.

4 owners in 15 years isn't too bad, in my eyes.

I actually used to regard high previous owners as a negative but it was someone on here that changed my perspective. Idea being that the more owners you have the more times it’s had eager people wanting to spend money on their new toy. It was certainly true when I bought it

My current one has had 5 - but seeing as the one before me only had it from 6 March to 10 May he doesn't really count! Somehow I think he was trading from home. :lol:

My previous one had 3 previous owners, although as it was a pre-reg you could say 2 really.

But without a submitting a vote my previous Z had 1 owner
The First Z had 4 owners

So I’ve put 3 previous owners, but I was the first and current of them. Two people in the middle looked after it for me!

Bought my Z at just over 3.5 years old one previous owner.

7 previous careful owners when I bought it in 2014, not too much service history but goes well, looks fair and, to date, has cost me very little. Still loving it!

5 previous, two of which are/were forum members I believe!

Overall though, not a huge amount considering its 14 years old now! Good service history previous to myself and wanting for nothing since I picked it up.

A huge win for the one's and two's so far...with cars that are around 10 years old I think it just goes to show the love we have!
