"Preparation", 6-cd changer on spec sheet?

I thought my z4c 3.0si had a 6 cd changer in it (saw the buttons 1-6 on the dash and figured it was the radio channel selection + cd slot selection button), then I put in a CD and tried feeding it another and felt that I'd be forcing 1 CD into another if I'd pushed any harder.

Anyway, I checked the cars official spec on the BMW site and saw it showed 'Preparation, mobile phone, business' and 'Preparation, BMW 6-CD changer, business' under the options list - does this mean mean I do/dont have these two options? Tks

It means you have CD Changer Preperation

Sorry, you just need the physical changer for between the seats, but it is a real pick to fit so your better off looking for a MP3 solution.

boo! just what I didn't want to hear! bit silly to put it on the spec sheet when it doesn't mean much. thanks for the insight; I think I'll stick to making mp3 cd's for a little bit. Any idea if mp3-DVD's work btw? mp3-cd works fine, so I can have 700mb of mp3 data on a CD which lasts a good 2-3hrs.. mp3 DVD would be a big win. I havent had a chance to get hold of some DVD's yet to try though..
