Prefacelift Lights with Facelift Rear Bumper.

I like the look of the prefacelift lights (White SPots), but prefer the facelift rear bumper, has anyone fitted a facelift or M bumper to a prefacelift car with prefacelift lights?

I doubt it very much as the lights are different shapes.

I am sure someone from Germany did this, but they don't look right as the gaps between the bumper and the lights are different (or at least I think so)

Easy enough to do. Just need a bodyshop to reprofile the edge where it mates to the lower profile of the lights.

Pretty sure there's one with an ///M bumper on the forum and earlier lights.

That was the initial plan, but the more I look at the pre facelift lights (with white spots) the more im liking them, and the postlift light have started to look like a poor second to these IMHO.

There are too many options! What im really after is a quad setup on the Alpina with a louder bark. So I thought I would get the facelift M bumper and get a quad conversion done, that way there is no custom cutting of the bumper....

thats if you can source a M bumper that fits the old style lights - ive never seen any for sale, nor knew they did them until the above chap posted a pic of his car

The bumper was reproduced by a bodyshop to march the lights. All ///M bumpers are for post facelift lights.

Noor - I too prefer quad white spot and went to some lengths to do a quad conversion and fit a facelift cf diffuser.

Since then I did a 4 white spot rear light project and blacked the cans in.
