pre facelift and facelift front bumper

hi,
can i have a 2003 3.0i (pre facelift) , i was wondering if it was possible to fit a facelift bumper from a 2006 z4 on my 2003.

is it as simple as a straight swap

Been done many times, straight swap but you will need new fogs and lower grills if not supplied with the bumper.
 
The colour is grey.

Was wondering if its pretty much a straight swap and the price I could track one down for?
 
Yes I believe it's a simple unbolt one and bolt the other on, I just took off a facelift bumper to replace it with an M one, took about an hour. It's a shame your car isn't sapphire black as I have a mint one (never repaired and perfect paint) with all grills and fogs etc which I am thinking of selling , I am not sure the price of them at the moment tho.
 
Yeah seems pretty easy.if you do get round to pricing it up.just inbox me,will take it off your hands no doubt

If you can get a bumper complete (as you've been offered above) then go for it!

Even if it's the wrong colour.

I've just done the exact same thing (pre facelift to facelift) and it's the little bits that ended up costing a fortune!

You'll do well to find second hand fogs and the lower facelift grill is also rare.

I believe the fogs are around £200 alone from BMW.
