Praise for Andy Walsh Car Limits training

If 3 other people fancy doing this then I'm sure I could be persuaded to make up the 4th place :)

I'll be number 2. I have a spare set of tyres which I could 'write off'. Bit of a drive from the midlands, but as long as the tyres last the day and get me home it looks like a fun day. Lots of videos on youtube.

flimper, Hark, if you guys bag 2 slots on a 4 man day it's up to them to fill the places. I'd recommend going with someone, if you're there with 1 or 2 strangers it's no biggie. Depending on finances I may do another one in a few months.

tjlazer, looking forward to next week as well, Andy said it's the best track for a novice, which is encouraging :driving:

Totally agree on the Car limits day. i did one in summer 2009 and it was brilliant.

thoroughly reccomend to everyone. now driving in the dry with tc off is fun, not nerve racking

I'm looking to do this within next month or so, followed by a track day before the end of the summer

Got this booked for tomorrow after speaking to tjlazer and PawnSacrifice on the Berkshire meet, looking forward to it!

Just got back from this, introduced to alot of new things as I've never done anything like this / track related before. Spun quite a bit at the begining doing the fast cornering and managed to get the hang of it in the end. A couple of laps of the little cirucit at the end was pretty fun. For me there was quite a bit of info to take in but makes you think a bit differently. As has been said before there is alot of space not much chance of hitting anything. Would definately consider doing something like this again in the near future. Thanks for recommending tjlazer and PawnSacrifice

Also was another MC from the forum there as well, did'nt catch you handle name Alan but would be good to see you on one of the meets :driving:

Done a couple of days with Andy Walsh/Car Limits. And I can think of a couple of times that training has saved me from an accident on the road. Well worth it.

I'd love to do this myself. But I'm pretty certain I won't have 200 quid lying around until a few months from now.

You don't need to make up the numbers, you can just book your place and it's down to them to fill the other spots.

Just thought it would be more fun with people from here

hi guys - is anyone up for this training? I am planning to take it sometime in November, and would be good if other Z4's tagged along.
