Who knows what size's you need

As there are several different sizes for anti-roll bar and wishbone bushes on the powerflex site

http://www.powerflex.co.uk/products/Z4+(E85)-1203/1.html

Also nobody happens to have there old lollipops laying around do they?

Thanks

Sam

Yes you do, if your sig is correct.
All 3.0SE pre-facelift Z4s in the UK came with M Sports Suspension as standard.

Ahh thanks a lot

I didn't know that

I assumed you need a sport to have that

Be sure before you fit them why you are doing it.

It was the worse thing I ever did on my Zed. Created vibration harshness and groaned over any kind of bump or undulation. Replaced with OEM quality oil filed after a few months and restored perfect setup.

My experience is exactly the opposite: much more feedback through the steering wheel without the car getting bumpy.
Also after 2 years still no groaning or squeeking noises (about which some people complain). They come with copper grease; use that well when fitting ;)
I used power flex on the front suspension arms and both anti rollbars. Next step is replacing all bushes in the rear for PU ones (as far as that is possible)

We each have different experiences and needs, which is good./
My complaint was not about feedback through the steering, rather harshness and vibration conducted straight from the roadwheels into the floorpan. 18" rims may make this worse than other setups

Groaning, which you agree is an issue, seems to happen on some installations and not others. I used all the copper grease (to no beneficial effect)

Regarding the groaning: do you keep you car indoors overnight? (mine sits in the garage, maybe that can cause a difference with moisture etc)
And did the groaning come form the suspension arm bushings or the antirollbarbushings (I dont know what you had installed)
And do you use it as a daily driver? (for me: just occasionally; about 7k miles/yr, so I did about 10k miles with the bushings so far)

I have 18" but no rflt tyres (they are rubbish imho), and no /m suspension. I had eibach pro kit springs, (which are stiffer and provide better handling) but I found them too low whith all the speedbumps around.

Interestingly near identical setup except the springs where I always kept oem.
Kept in garage every night. Groaning from rear front suspension bushes (lollipops) the only one's I replaced. Had OEM rubber on ARB.
Daily drive but limited mileage around the same as you. OEM sport suspension and 18" non RFT's

Later replaced wichbones, balljoints, ARB bushes and drop links with Meyle HD setup and the steering and suspension is a world apart..

Topic's a little like Coupe or Roadster... or Stubby or Mr. Whippy.

My steering was so pants when I first got the car I thought it couldn't get any worse, though had to change to non-RFTs first, then polybushed, then changed steering arm linkages.

After all three, different car altogether, no squeaks, moans or harshness... so an advocate of polybushing here & has got a big smile from the MOT station last two years...

Thanks for the comments

Yea I never polybushed the e46 because of the harshness

And as this is not my daily I think I will be able to live with it

And once the rft's have gone it should be better
