Bought some red mats for our campervan from amazon to match our red interior theme - mats duly arrived anf they were hideous - what was supposed to be red was a naff bright orangey colour - nothing like the red on the net. The mats were black rubber with this bright orangey foil stuck on and they stank to high heaven of what I can only describe as turps ! As I had ordered them and they were cheap I tried to salvage the mistake and pulled the orangey crap off and tried to use them as normal black rubber mats but the stink was just too much so I binned them ! Amazon emailed me the next day and asked if I would like to review them - I rated them as "awful " and used words such as naff , hideous, gawdy etc. Lo and behold the suppliers emailed me three times practically pleading with me to withdraw the review as it was dragging down their rating with Amazon - I relented and have withdrawn as I didn't want to be the cause of the company's demise !!!!!!!!!!!!1

Here they are if you fancy brightening up your zed !!

No - they said mine was the first complaint of this product - to be fair I should have just sent them back but by that time I had pulled them apart .
 
As long as the review is objective and factual then you should have kept it there. Sometimes you do get genuine bargains on Amazon and ebay, but most often the old adage, "Buy cheap, buy twice", is the end result.

The product itself was OK but just not for me - as previously said some would like it ( God knows why ). As regards Amazon I've bought loads of stuff that has turned out fine - delivery and service second to none and many times branded items far cheaper than the high street.
