Potholes...

Hit a pothole on Monday with the front wheel (f&cking kn@bhead lorry driver taking corner too fast, f&cking kn@bhead council not repairing roads etc etc) and after check the wheels and tyres over, there didn't appear to be any damage. However, driving the car last night, steering appears to be a bit lighter and more twitchy. I was blaming the cold & icy conditions, but now in the cold light of day, am not so sure. Any thoughts on what I can check?

I've already thought of wheel alignment (wheels going in for a refurb at the end on the month),...

Would just say the wheel alignment as first check if no obvious damage. Hope its nothing major!

There are so many potholes around at the moment, find myself weaving down the road. Cars behind must think I am mental!

All suspension components should be checked for the offending wheel. Track control arm or any wishbone related arms could be out of whack. The lower arm is the one that usually goes for any side impacts and the track control arm for rotational impacts.
