At £3800 definitely a good buy for stripping! But not as a project to rebuild the engine, do the bodywork, possibly clutch/flywheel, diff, suspension at that mileage?
Of course, that's assuming you can cover all the labour yourself.
But at £6000 I'm not so sure...but you'd be the better judge of that
Some thoughts
One of the headlight washer caps is the wrong colour, maybe some work has been done on the washer system? Are they working?
No photos with the dashboard display up, is it working?
3rd brake light doesnt look like it fits, some on here are finding it difficult to get replacement 3rd brake lights these days.
No photos at all inside the wheel arches at the suspension or of the underside. I'd be wary of large amounts of underside corrosion. I went to see what looked like a nice example until I crawled underneath and discovered corrosion everywhere.
Is it a private number plate? Plate says 06 description says 08...gov uk mot site check also says 06. Currently SORN. Last v5c issue was January this year so maybe this is a fast flip for profit? Last MOT was 2023 and previous MOTs mention some corrosion.

Headlight washer covers pop off like its going out of fashion. That's not a sign of anything to worry about other than the cost of getting it painted.
