I have made use of this forum a few years ago when I ran a 3.0si. Looking at the prices I should have kept hold of it, but I diverted away through a RCZ-SLK-XE-AClass route before finally coming to me senses!
We have an EV as a main car and I quite fancy another Z4 while they're still allowed.
I was hoping some of the experts could fill me in on the things to watch out for. I know I could do a search, but it's very difficult to sort the ordinary issues from the one offs.
I'm surprised that roof issues still seem to be prevalent, I had the motor replaced on my 3.0si bit I'd hoped that the newer model would have sorted that. Certainly don't have any issues on the SLK/CLC.
Also saw a few references to a boot mod. What is this, and why is it important??
