Potential new E85 SMG Roadster owner

Hi guys and girls,

Sold my 350z about 3 weeks ago After having that for just under 2 years. After weeks of searching for the right car to replace it I've absolutely fallen for the E85 3.0i SE Roadster!

Went to view it yesterday and I'll have to admit on the way over I wasn't completely convinced until I saw it in the flesh! It was in pristine condition! Going back today today to leave a deposit and get another drive.

Comes with the SMG gearbox, anyone have experience with those? It seemed great to me but any cons people can think of?

I have a smg it takes a while to get really comfortable with it but once you master it they are fantastic imho

Cheers, its a standard face-lift front (2006 onwards) - or is it just the shadow in the sig that's confusing you? :wink:
 
Welcome RM, i too have an SMG and absolutely love mine, i always use the stick, feels more rally like. You will learn what it does and doesnt like quickly for instance dont drive it in heavy stop start traffic with the sport button on. :roll: I would def have another SMG.

:D In 2006 the Z4 underwent a slight facelift. Some subtle changes on the light clusters and the back end and front bumper - most noticeably the fogs:
