Sometimes mine submit, sometimes you need to press submit a second time. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
Strange, but they disappear as if they had been posted - not an issue on a sentence but a right pain on a paragraph or two 
Its happened to me a few times.

Sometimes if you are editing your post and someone posts between you starting your post edit and it’s submission the editor will be presented with an update thread implying that you may want to re-edit your submission in the light of new posts..
Often people think they have submitted a post when in fact it’s waiting for a re-submission..they then hit the browser window to move onto the next topic losing their not yet submitted post
