I think you've been a little naive here and not done your homework before you signed the deal.

Disagree, I completely did my homework.
I asked the salesman over the phone to confirm the spec of the car. Then when I was finalising the deal on the day , it was concirmed for the second time. In addition my gf had also asked. Hence at all three times the answer was a firm "YES".

So I have not been naive here at all. It is my fault for not checking on the day. However with the same item confirmed 3 times already and amongst everything else I was checking and was going on,it was missed.

Now test comes into play as how good the dealer is about fixing this issue.
They have been good and I have specified exactly what I want and will accept.

Job done!

They have accepted it's their fault and will put it right.
I have specified exactly what I want and will accept.

Best of luck getting this sorted mate, but be careful they aftermarket ones don't look great!!
I'd go for some other compo if it were me.

Hi mate im getting there! im thinking about letting my mrs use the M3 for a bit so i can sort the problems out, because shes always out in it!!!!! :roll:

Cheers bud, I have told them that it MUST be a BMW OEM part and fitment. Nothing else will do.
