Post your Zed picture of the day...

My badass storage wheels

Took the z to work as there wasn't time to get diesel in the X5. Thought it look stunning in the car park light after work. Photo doesn't do it justice to be fair

Put the winters on Mrs K's 335 today - (well my son-in-law did and I supervised) now there's a guarantee of unseasonably warm weather!

I've used Pirelli Sottozero S2 on the BMW package - at least I was sure that the tpms system would link.

Stuck the winter wheels on, spaced 15mm all round they still sit a good 30mm in from the arch when aired out even with a 255 rear  awful fitment.

I see ur using the same jack i used to use, until it collapsed! Careful, it's a poor design imo, mine failed at the back with one of the wheel arms just folding. was using it to jack up an e36 coupe, within the jack spec 2t-2.5t as i remember. prob metal fatigue as i used to use it a lot.
Good to see ur using the axle stand - never ever use the jack on it's own!

Yeah it's quite an old jack now, it's had a lot of use so it will probably get replaced soon, it's yet to let me down though, it's fallen over once when working on my friends compact... but that was because the tarmac collapsed  was quite a shock!

Surprised that feeble thing can even fit under your car!

I got an Arcan trolley jack for my birthday and its so much better than the cheaper small things. It was £80 from costco at the time, so not too badly priced. Weighs a ton though!

Yeah ben I can get a fair amount of lift with the air ride to get the jack under without using a brick or anything
See pretty big arch gap on the rear, the front can sometimes cause issue

Hi, decided I couldn't live with my scabby wheel badges any longer, got the wheels off for a bit of a clean-up and found some new badges in a dark recess of the garage :P
These things make getting the wheels on/off a lot easier

These look well made, how long did they take to arrive from the US Rob?

Hi John, had them a while now but from memory I don't think I waited more than a week? Definitely easier than juggling with a heavy wheel trying to get the bolts aligned with the threads :x
I've heard rumours that machine monkey can knock them up for a reasonable price

Cheers Rob, I'll give MM a shout first but I'll order these if he's not doing them just now. The wheels are a pain to hold on and get a bolt started aren't they, very awkward, these are a brilliant bit of kit to have.
