Post your Zed picture of the day...

No one here has seen it as bad as this. I receive air quality updates and it’s been classed as hazardous in Sydney most days for weeks now. It’s pretty unpleasant!
Hot and very windy again today. A Megafire burning to the North-West of Sydney and fires up and down the coast. The sun is a brilliant colour of red in the afternoon and there is a steady fall of fine ash over Sydney. No rain on the forecast and the fires are creating their own weather with electrical storms that are starting new fires. Fair to say its full on surrounding Sydney at the moment. Combined with the dust being blown in from the bush due to the drought, its impossible to keep a car clean and not good to breath, for car and driver alike. On a bad day visibility is only 100 metres or so. Haven't seen anything like this, or lasting so long. Usually rain would arrive and put these things out or slow them down. Other than that, we are one up against the Kiwis in the cricket and Christmas day is going to be a comfortable 26 degrees. Plus, Sydney is at level 2 water restrictions, can only wash a car with a bucket and sponge, no hoses. First world problem that one but the car does look so much better when clean. Have a great Christmas everyone.

We’ve escaped Sydney for a few days. The air is only marginally clearer and the water restrictions persist, but being here makes up for it:

You say that like it's even in doubt. Why do I suspect a major pantsing on Boxing Day will be dealt to the Black Caps? The Aussies can leave the sandpaper in the dressing room - likely won't be needed.
Then again, Xmas is the time for miracles....

Slightly better in the east on Sunday afternoon. Roof went up as it started to rain, well, the windscreen had about 20 drops on it and I copped a big drop on the forehead. Roof up, rain went away.

Looks good contrasted against the grey skies and the black of the bridge
That’s about half a mile from our house, so we should meet up next time you’re in the neighbourhood.

Out for a few hours on twisty coastal roads.

Roof down and only a few odd drops of rain.

Another ///MR in the garage - nice  . Looking at the wheels and what looks like lowered suspension(?) it appears to have a bit of modding history? Looking forward to reading about it.

Where did it goes after you? Looks fantastic - aero skirts are so much better with the matching bumper.

Agreed skirts look good by themselves on roadster because it runs parallel when the top is down. But on the coupe it needs the aero bumper to complete it.

I think I was one of the first members to have the full aero kit on a coupe. Here’s a rear shot with diffuser and lip (all BMW original).

Sold the car to a good friend of mine. After 10 years I was ready for something “new” though I never really ventured far. This is my coupe’s replacement... little biased but I think the roadster with hard top looks the best, followed by coupe and then roadster with top down.
