Nice photos Jay. Out in your boat ? I see there is snow on the top of that mountain behind the castle, did you see any more on your travels ?

Wasn't out in the boat, I wasn't that brave today. Just packing her up for the winter and giving it a run in the yard draining all the fluids from it. She away now till the temps get up a bit.

Didn't see much snow, only up on the high ground even tho the radio reported that the A55 had major disruptions, although I drove most of its length and it was fine

I went to bed last night with the intention of waking up nice and early and giving the zed a good bath. It’s got 1250 miles of dirt on it, most of it from a wet drive to Amsterdam and back.

Woke up and decided to fill the tank and then burn through half of it. Much more fun :driving:

Here’s two pics from Chuck Hatch Road on the Ashdown forest:

White Scarr cave near Ingleton

Is that salt???! :o :o
Thought about heading out this morning but saw the gritter pass end of the street and decided against it, guaranteed I'd probably get one passing on opposite side of road!

Think that’s the rad showing through.
Sorry I wasn't being clear - I meant the horizontal 'fins' on the far left and right of the lower bumper (in line with the headlights). Looks like Dannyned212 knew what I meant, as well as the mirrors which I noticed but forgot to mention.

All going well until the last pick. Spark plug 6 broke! Any tips how to get the white bits out? Plug 6 still in place with a couple of broken bits knocking around the plug. :headbang:

Full detail this weekend. 2 stage decontamination and 2 stage polish followed by hybrid coating. Interior done last night. F59457F4-1218-4A0B-B53A-B64295866E68.jpeg0678F452-9ED6-4D4C-8691-5110F3E4253B.jpeg

How did you manage that ? I've got a deep magnetic spark plug socket like this and never had a problem removing or replacing mine. 20180113_200226.png
As for removing the bits of white China how about a crevice tool or long thin tube on your vacuum cleaner or a piece of BluTak on a stick ?
