I gotta confess. If i'm in a short sleeve shirt the top is up when the temp hits 73 F an below... Although it does depend on if it's sunny atm...but then it only various by a few degrees. I'm a southern feller as well, and i've been here in this desert where 100 F is the low for some nights....so cut me some slack. I'm not in my Nebraska/Germany temperature climate where t-shirts untill 40 F.
