I would be looking at paying £14k max, poss trade my 23i 2009

Nice looking example but I can't see BMW giving you nearly 3k off the price, different dealer but where I bought mine from were quite reluctant to budge on the price.

The first owners seems to have spec'd it up with almost all options apart from heated seats :? see it's got Bluetooth and cruise control as well as the iDrive and sports seats, not too bad all round.
Not bad mileage and not a bad price

You would need to think about how many times you have used your heated seats and think whether or not you would miss them.
I dont think I would swap for one without heated seats.

Looks very smart in white. I have had mine for a year now and love it. If you intend to use it during the Winter I would want heated seats. Depends on the deal you can do to some extent and whether you are willing to compromise. Good luck with it.

Agree with Bryand, I think you’ve got Buckley’s chance of 3k off the asking. Why not look for a private sale with heated seats and PDC included for less than they’re asking?

Your target to drive that away is £14k :? i really doubt £3k could be sliced off that car , if you got £500 off id be amazed

A car of similar spec could be had from else where for £14k, but as above, unlikely going to see £3k off especially from a dealer.

You'll be lucky to knock £100 off a main dealer price. They might throw in some treats like a service but they ain't gonna budge on that (in my personal experience)

Might be better to hold out for a forum member's car (or, have you been checking PH?) with the spec you want or close to it.
I agree with others on this thread - I'd really miss the heated seats. Steering wheel looks to have been recovered - nice job, but looking at some of the other pictures, some of the trim looks a bit scratched/dinged. I suspect the car may look less desirable if viewed in person - is it close to where you live?

I managed to get £1500 off from a dealer a year ago; probably because the missus wasn't keen, and she made it known, so the rep could see we'd be walking

I think if you buy without heated seats you will regret doing so afterwards. Plus it will be more difficult to sell in the future. It might be worth finding out what it would cost to have heated seats fitted retrospectively if you are really keen on the car. Good luck with your search. :D

I wouldn't be without heated seats now, but I did lose a lot of 'respect' from No.2 son when he spotted the button for the heated steering wheel.
In my defence, I'd had the car over a month by then and hadn't spotted it myself.

Price looks to have been knocked down to £15k now so closer to what you’re looking at. Interestingly I think I’ve seen that car on Instagram. I recognise the number plate. Looks like it’s had the royals steering wheel treatment too.
