Possible to switch rear fog and reverse light with coding?

After a long saga with my rear lights, I got hold of a set of replacement Euro clear dot clusters. The issue is that in the UK, the fog light is on the right and the reverse light on the left - I need to switch these round.
Is it a coding thing or is it a wiring loom thing?

Thanks!

I'd suggest wire loom thing, not sure you could code the fog light to come on when you want to reverse, and vice versa.

Dammit! Do you know if it's possible to split the rear lights apart like with the headlights? If so I can switch the lenses off my old lights!

Isn't there a fog lamp light in both clusters? Brake force detection can illuminate both fog lamps under heavy braking. Simple wiring job to switch the wires.

@Liam22: for the FL models / coupe: yes, for the pre-fl: no.

@thecremeegg: What is the problem with the current rear lights? If the left one is still okay, you could make a set with two times two clear dots. Then you only need a red bulb for the fog light .... (which is in fact my setup and so goes for quite a lot of others I know over here in the Netherlands and Germany).

I've got a solution for you https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17666

The left one is ok, it's just a bit dim, not sure why so I just bought a new pair. I could keep the left one and go 2 clear dots as that's what I have at the moment.
