I've just bought my 2006 z4 3.0si (54k miles) from private sale, car is immaculate however ok return journey I have noticed some odd steering and need some advise please
The steering at low speeds seems very twitchy and can sometimes pull to the left, also seems slightly heavy. It just seems difficult to drive and different to an 07 plate I have test drove before - although I understand the steering is different on 07 plates?
On the motorway or at speed, the steering is better but seems really responsive and it's not effortless to drive.
I took this to s guy in my area who sells z4s and he said he thinks it is fine :/
Does this sound normal guys?? All I know is that it's not the same steering as my one series
