Possible misfire perhaps

Hi, I have a problem with the Z. About 3 weeks ago I removed the spark plugs to find out their condition. They looked good with a gap of 1.00mm.
The z started on the button after everything was put together.
Now I can feel ( a bit hard to describe ) now and then whilst idling a slight blip on the rev counter and the engine sort of misfire for about a micro or just under a second. It only happens now and then a very very slight dip on the rev counter and a sort of a minute missed heartbeat in the engine.
It never happened before. What could it be?
Any more info on this please ask. Yoir thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

You could remove the coils & ensure the plugs have all been tightened correctly, did you get the 1mm plug gap from here? Just sounds a little large as most cars are around a 0.7mm gap :?

Thx for the reply, the plug were already gapped, but I did search the forum and just about got an answer which was 1.00mm gap.
Is this not correct then. According to the service records the previous owner had them in about 26000 miles ago, but they looked really good upon inspection.
If I need to change them , which do you recommend? Also what is the torque setting for the plugs, just got myself a torque wrench from Screwfix

Possible done something to maybe 1 or 2 of them when I pulled them out. Hope not.
So are the symtoms consistant with the problem? Whats the best way to fault find whats wrong with them?
 
Put a code reader on it and see if its set any misfire codes, should tell you which cylinder it is if a code has been set. If a code has set change the suspect coil to another cylinder and run the car again after clearing the codes and see if it sets a code again for the cylinder you moved the suspect coil to. If it has moved then replace that suspect coil for a new one.

Sure it's not the inlet pipe to the MAF? Disloged that, break the seal etc.... I had exactly the same thing when I put my suspension back together, forget to reseat the pipe on the inlet/MAF and it did exactly what you described above.
