I had one exactly like that for my first car back in the 70's! Didn't know they were still being made. Even with the frame bolted down firmly I'd still not recommend it to be used when gales are expected as the one I had rocked about quite violently - of course, design might have been improved over the years.

This is very very stable and the cover is heavy duty canvas not the cheaper nylon type.. I have it bolted down on the frame and at the front and have never had a problem with it..
