It also pretty much concludes that most EU countries know that diesels have cheat devices on board but that enforcement in Europe is non-existent due to the damage it would do to economies.

... and that the gullable governments dont want to admit to being stupid/wrong/inaccurate or just simply being EU puppets... if governments and global commisions basically make s**t up for the sake of profiteering I can almost get on board the donad trump mad ship “global climate warming is a hoax”!!
