Seems to be a good "investment" , almost as good as some Z4M Coupes so it seems

I saw this in my inbox the other day and instantly thought of you PVR. Infact they could of just had you do the review as your has been quite comprehensive.

Hi praise from What Car Indeed.

More importantly, how are you finding the car? Has it a long term home in your stable.

Agree its an excellent review and you must be well chuffed to read such great accolades for such a stunning car Paul

It is indeed a beautiful car - but I can see why the cream paint did not appeal :o

They do rate the auto over the manual though, perhaps not so good an investment as the PDK equipped version :poke: :D

Are you suggesting that manual is the Porsche version of Flimper spec?

Hahahah, the prediction is that as the manual is more rare, it will have a benefit price wise over the automatic one. Being an anniversary model, the expectation is (i.e. Rennlist community), that "real" enthusiasts will lust after the car in years to come and you know that real drivers want a manual :D

As the car has been run in now, I have been able to play properly with the rev matching feature and the damper settings to see how it changes the car's behaviour. Interesting enough, all the new cars delivered have the same software fault - i.e. the next service display shows a date somewhere 4 years in the future and a mileage for first service at 38k. I also have to sort the passenger door rattle as the speaker makes the door vibrate and also if the sound is off, the door has a rattle in it on roads that are less than perfect (i.e. every road around me).

Colour wise, I have seen all 3 available colours now and did not like Geyser Grey or Graphite Grey, so very happy with the black I have.

This car will be part of my inheritance, so it is not going anywhere else :)

Can you adopt me please.

No - you are too fickle when it comes to cars

I'd be delighted to look after it - I'm not fickle, I just like driving cars that used to be yours :D

Mrs B is after a new DD...

In all seriousness, if you sell the X5 that could be an interesting proposition... Though not this year

Never a fan of What car, never deemed as credible in my eyes, but don't need a review to tell me what an amazing car you have...
