tyres are off & rim bolts are out 
yep ! the wheels have been parted 
felt quite satisfying pinging the inner star from the rim , ,3 needed a mallet & wood block to gingerly knock apart .
strangely between the centre & rim was totally clean where others had suggested this was the area likely to start corrosion ?
down to some serious prep now , Wurth primer,paint & lacquer waiting
