Cheers guys, appreciate the comments... and while I understand people using ad blockers in general it does take money out of our pocket. If you do appreciate the forum please consider whitelisting our site as without advertising this place will close, that is the sad truth.

I don't know what an ad blocker is so presume I am creating a (very) little revenue by not using one.

Just wanted to say this site is one of the last of a dying breed. So many seem to have gone onto Facebook which come with the Social Media issues. Many are still hanging in there but have no participants which make them pointless and quite sad. This site is old school, as car forums used to be. Long may it continue and thanks to the admin.

I would also like to thank the mods; this site is moderated extremely liberally without undue interference. So many forums have over-zealous mods doing "housekeeping" every five seconds to presumably make themselves look important. I have not noticed this at all on here. You must be liberal, no-one's told me off officially yet.

We once did a very generous whip around for a member a few years ago when some parts from a project got stolen. Enough said on that. But perhaps a bit of a prompt now for the main cause?

Hit the donate button, everything helps I’m sure. This place hosts a wealth of knowledge that no doubt has saved most of us a small fortune or a chunk of time when we’ve had Z issues crop up.

I’m on safari on iPad also and doesn’t seem that bad, get them when I log in at top and when I scroll to the bottom of the page. My son put an ad blocker on my computer years ago and that stopped it there.
