My taste in music is quite varied and when I post I try and
a) Pick a track I either own or like.
b) Pick a track that gives the person following on a chance to do so.
Perhaps I'm wrong and you're right.

I thought the whole point of this (apart from it being a challenge) was to find new music / give it a whirl.
Using a search engine is just stupid.
Plus - the rules appear to be broken consistently.
The rule was always as follows:
Jim posts: "A song title - Generic Artist #1"
Tom posts: "Generic song 2 - Another Artist #2"
Bob posts: "Another song 3 - Weirdo Artist #3"
See how the song name of your answer should contain part of the artist name of the answer above yours?

Anyways - we could just choose to ignore his posts until he plays along properly.
