Mine - Daily driver. Lives outside with 1/2 cover in the wet and rubbish weather.
///M lives inside, used at weekends and odd week jaunt to work if it hasn't seen the light of day for a while.
It's getting close to ticking over to 39k so trying to keep the miles down :P

Will hopefully get out a bit more this summer now it's had the paint corrected and a 2 day detail.

daily driven!! every second i can get behind the wheel im smiling  :driving: my only annoyance is now ive had the car for 6 months im getting a slight itch for a bigger engine (only have the 2.0i) but dont think i could even find a white 1 as nice as mine out there for a fair chunk more than what i paid for mine so not even worth considering

just turbo your 2 litre, its cheap & easy-just ask jonny essex
regards

Drive it like I stole, unless Mrs G is onboard. :driving:
Doesn't come out of the garage when it's raining.
Roof only has one position when moving, down. 8)
Mainly a weekend toy, but still does more miles than my daily driver. :P
Never goes in the Garage dirty
Never stays clean for long when i'm driving it. :D
No idea what to select from the above.

Bought mine purely for weekends, but every time I leave the house to go to work and walk past the Z on the driveway... I have to stop myself from using it instead of the 320d! If it's a sunny day, I fail.

+1 on all of the above - even the 'Mrs G' bit is identical

Daily drive - I love driving it way too much to save it for weekends/Sunny days only!

Also, as an enthusiastic driver how can you learn the limits of the car and the foibles of the chassis and the engine, or just simple stuff like nailing heel and toe if you only drive it occasionally?!

I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm proud of the miles I'm putting on the zed - every one of them is another mile of me understanding the car and enjoying it :D

I'm beginning to understand why we have so many engine swap/engine upgrade/BBK threads....

....all the Jonny Essex's are starting their own versions of each thread..... :headbang:

Driven like its stolen. Every day. From cold. No mercy  :driving:

...actually the 'from cold' bit is a wee fib, I always warm it properly.

It gets wet too - Jonny will be reassured to learn that these cars are waterproof, and the paint does not run in the rain

One of 3 weekend toys, but this car will see a few more miles than the other 2, because it will be used as a car for major driving holidays. We do 2 or 3 of those every year. It might even have to go out when it is raining, which is never the intent with the other 2.

Red's a daily driver (14miles round trip to the gym & back) and a weekend toy. I work from home, so the temptation to say "sod it" and go out for a spirited little hoon is always there though.

my motorbikes jostle for attention when the summer is here, so that helps to keep the miles down a bit on the zed :driving:
When the weather turns nasty ive got an old nissan micra to smoke around in, if its not so bad i use our z3
regards

Ιτ's a weekend toy and only goes out when it's dry. As far as the "how" is concerned..this car is a toy to me and I drive it like I stole it (given that it's properly warmed up) :driving:

Driven every day. My only car and wouldn't change it for anything. Saying that if someone was giving me an Aston Martin V 12 vantage might be persuaded. But would keep Z4 for the roof down driving
