Polish and Wax

Hey all. Just wondering often people polish and wax their Zeds? Do you polish then wax? Do you do them both everytime??

Cheers

Polish once a month, wash at least once a week, wax weekly. Touch of the OCD, here

Take to the local hand car wash at least once a week , then home for a bit of detailing and may be a polish :D

:o Brave.... I won't let anyone else wash the car, as I do a snowfoam, rinse and the two-bucket method and am very careful with rinsing to ensure no grit gets anywhere near it. I couldn't trust any local hand car wash outlets to take the appropriate level of care

Hello,
I'd like to know some opinions on those waterless cleaners (like Body shield pro on the shopping channels).
There are lots of beautiful photos of very, very shiney cars on here and I'm impressed. I would love to know what you use?
p.s.I have to admit I have cleaned paintwork with cotton wool buds so I definitely have OCD.
Thanks :)

1. 2bucket wash. Then clay.
2. polish to correct pajntwork
3. Sealent
4. Glaze
5. Wax

= <6months protected shiny car.

Or
1+ 2
3. GTechniq C1 crystal lacquer 5yrs protection
And, all plastics and wheels
4 G1 G3 for windows
= very shiny and 5yr protected car.
Just wash car every so often

Not a fan of waterless,

Also +1. Last time I did the hand car wash thing they left masses of light swirls and more than a couple of long light scratches on my car... It'll take ages to undo what they did, and I am never letting anyone else wash it again. Ever.

I like to polish every six weeks or so. Wash with 2 bucket method in between.... :)
