I was only put off by three things:
Distance
Space amongst the other projects
Imminent divorce

Snap but I was willing to override those concerns because of the private reg and the fact it had the wind deflector and heated MSport seat options.

However, it appears someone has already removed those options and fitted standard seats. Alas someone has already stolen the treasure

If it still had heated M-Sport seats you'd have got the car for free!

It still isn't dear though if it's a runner, and plenty of people like CSL Reps.
