Please help me with the oil and oil filter and this part.

HI guys,

Please help me!! I am from Mexico, I just bought my Z4 2.5si E85 2007 and I want to change the oil and the oil filter, it has 90.000kms (56,250 miles), do u recomend me to use 5w40 instead of 5w30 ? y mi Mini Cooper R53 it has almost 60,000 miles and I use Red Line 5w40, as I know its an excellent oil, here I cant find it so always buy it at USA, but with the Z4 I dont know where to buy the filter and the oil and how much quantity to buy of oil, please help.

Also I need to change this piece (Image attached) in both sides of my car and I dont know the name in english and the part number to see if I can buy it also at USA too, check price in Mexico before buy it.

BMW sells the front wishbone bushings only as complete set, 31126783376 for my 3.0i but I recommend to confirm with your VIN at www.realoem,com to be certain (during your z4 ownership realoem can be a great resource, as well as www.newtis.info). I think it is quite common amongst forum members to replace only the soft parts with polyurethane bushings (e.g. Powerflex) that will not only last much better, but also improve the steering feel.

Cannot comment the oil question because up here we have fuel different from americas and also a rather different climate that has to be considered.
 
You can also get just the bushes from an M and press them into your housings to give you a bit more caster angle, a small but worthwhile improvement to the steering feel, part number 31 10 7 838 575 for a pair
