Exactly, clearly people can ask what they want (£‘s) for anything they want to sell. However, rightly or wrongly I feel protective of the forum community and couldn’t help posting on this occasion :|

Hi, a lot of negative comments about my post. The intention was just to let forum members know it was available. I've put the post in the Z4 related marketplace so i'm not entirely sure why this has caused offence. And yes it is for sale for more than I paid but that's life :lol:

Since your only and self stated purpose is a for profit motive and is clearly commercial exploitation this runs counter to the general guidelines of this forum and is certainly not approved without moderators permission..in that context it’s not really surprising it’s received a less than warm response?

I think I've just realised something important.

So, us lot are mostly of the generation that used to type 5318008 into our calculators and giggle, right? Which means that all those number plates I squint at wondering what they're actually meant to say, while being totally incomprehensible, might only work when the car is upside down in a ditch.
